• "Processing" means any operation performed on Personal Data, including collection, recording, storage, retrieval, use, disclosure, transfer, restriction, erasure, or destruction.
• "Data Controller" means voli4d, the entity that determines the purposes and means of processing Personal Data collected through the Platform.
• "Data Processor" means any third-party entity engaged by voli4d to process Personal Data on voli4d's behalf and under voli4d's documented instructions.
• "Player" / "You" means the registered user of the voli4d Platform whose Personal Data is subject to this Policy.
• "Platform" means the voli4d website at https://voli4d.cam and any associated interfaces or services.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means the identity and address verification process required before the Player's first withdrawal and at other points as required by AML regulations.
• "Sensitive Data" means a subset of Personal Data that warrants heightened protection, including copies of government-issued identification documents and payment method details.

2.1 voli4d acts as the Data Controller for all Personal Data collected through the Platform. As Data Controller, voli4d is responsible for ensuring that Personal Data is processed lawfully, fairly, and transparently.

9. Responsible Gaming: To monitor for signs of problem gambling behavior; to enforce deposit limits, loss limits, and self-exclusion requests; to fulfill our duty of care toward vulnerable players.

Under GDPR-aligned principles, processing of Personal Data must be justified by one or more lawful bases. voli4d relies on the following legal bases:

• Contractual Necessity: Processing is necessary to perform the contract between you and voli4d (the Terms & Conditions you accepted at registration). This covers account creation, payment processing, game delivery, and customer support.

6.2 Categories of Third-Party Recipients. voli4d shares limited Personal Data with the following categories of third parties, who act as Data Processors under our documented instructions:

• Payment Service Providers: To process deposits and withdrawals, we share your bank account number or e-wallet ID with payment gateway operators and the relevant Indonesian banks (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI, Bank Danamon, Bank Permata) or e-wallet platforms (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). These providers process your data solely to execute the financial transaction you authorized.
• Game Content Providers: Your username, balance, and game session data are shared with our licensed game suppliers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, Spribe, Pocket Games Soft, and others) to deliver live casino, slots, and other game content. These providers do not receive your real name, KTP number, or contact details.
• KYC & Fraud Prevention Vendors: Identity verification documents may be processed by specialized KYC service providers who perform automated document checks, facial recognition matching, and fraud database queries on voli4d's behalf.
• Cloud Infrastructure Providers: Personal Data is stored on secure servers operated by enterprise cloud hosting providers. These providers have no access to the content of the data and act solely as technical infrastructure.

6.3 Legal Disclosures. voli4d may disclose Personal Data to law enforcement, regulatory authorities, or courts when compelled by valid legal process or where disclosure is necessary to prevent imminent harm to persons or property.

6.4 Business Transfers. In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or part of voli4d's business, Personal Data may be transferred to the successor entity, subject to the same privacy obligations set out in this Policy. Players will be notified of any such transfer via email.

7.1 voli4d operates as an international online gaming platform. Your Personal Data may be transferred to, stored in, and processed in jurisdictions outside Indonesia — including the jurisdiction in which voli4d holds its gaming license and the locations of our cloud infrastructure providers.

7.2 Where Personal Data is transferred internationally, voli4d ensures that such transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards, including:

7.3 By using the voli4d Platform, you acknowledge and consent to the international transfer of your Personal Data as described in this section.

8.1 Active Accounts. While your account is active, voli4d retains all Personal Data necessary to provide services and comply with ongoing legal obligations.

8.2 Closed Accounts. When you close your account (either voluntarily or due to a Terms violation), voli4d will retain your Personal Data — including identity documents, transaction records, and communication logs — for a period of five (5) years from the date of account closure. This retention period is mandated by international AML regulations, which require gaming operators to retain records sufficient to reconstruct player activity for audit and investigation purposes.

8.3 Data Deletion. At the conclusion of the retention period, Personal Data that is no longer required for any lawful purpose will be securely deleted or anonymized such that it can no longer identify you. Anonymized data may be retained indefinitely for statistical and research purposes.

8.4 Legal Holds. Where Personal Data is subject to ongoing litigation, regulatory investigation, or other legal process, the retention period will be extended until the matter is fully resolved, regardless of the standard retention timelines described above.

9.1 What Are Cookies? Cookies are small text files placed on your device by websites you visit. They enable the website to recognize your device on subsequent visits and store information about your preferences and activity.

9.2 Cookies We Use. voli4d uses the following categories of cookies:

Under GDPR-aligned principles, you hold the following rights with respect to your Personal Data:

3. 6. Right to Object: You may object to processing of your Personal Data where such processing is based on legitimate interests or for direct marketing purposes. voli4d will cease processing unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds that override your interests.
7. Right to Withdraw Consent: Where processing is based on your consent, you have the right to withdraw that consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing conducted prior to withdrawal.
8. Right to Lodge a Complaint: If you believe voli4d has processed your Personal Data unlawfully, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the data protection authority in the jurisdiction where you reside or where the alleged infringement occurred.

11.1 voli4d enforces a strict 21+ age policy. The Platform is intended solely for adults aged 21 and over. We do not knowingly collect Personal Data from minors under 21 years of age.

11.2 If voli4d becomes aware that we have inadvertently collected Personal Data from an individual under 21, we will take immediate steps to delete that data, close the account, and forfeit any balances in accordance with our Terms & Conditions.

11.3 Parents and guardians are encouraged to monitor their children's internet usage and to utilize parental control software to prevent minors from accessing age-restricted websites.

12.1 voli4d employs industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect Personal Data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. These measures include:

• Encryption: All data transmitted between your device and voli4d's servers is encrypted using 256-bit SSL/TLS. Sensitive data at rest (KTP numbers, bank account details) is encrypted using AES-256.
• Access Controls: Personal Data is accessible only to voli4d employees and contractors who require access to perform their job functions. Access is granted on a least-privilege basis and is logged for audit purposes.
• Multi-Factor Authentication: voli4d internal systems require multi-factor authentication for administrative access.

12.2 Your Security Obligations. While voli4d implements robust security measures, you are responsible for protecting your own login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. 14.1 voli4d reserves the right to amend this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our data practices, legal obligations, or business operations. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email at least 14 days before the changes take effect.

14.3 Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy. If you do not accept the amended Policy, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure.
