3.1 Single Account Policy. Each Player may hold only one active Account on the voli4d Platform. Operating multiple accounts — whether using different email addresses, payment methods, devices, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited. Detected duplicate accounts will be immediately suspended, and all balances (including real-money deposits) associated with the duplicate accounts may be forfeited pending investigation.
3.2 Accurate Registration Data. You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name (as it appears on your Indonesian KTP or passport), date of birth, valid email address, mobile number, and residential address. You are responsible for keeping your registration information current. Misre presentation or omission of material information voids these Terms and entitles the Company to close your Account without liability.
3.3 KYC Verification. Before processing your first withdrawal, voli4d requires completion of KYC verification. You must submit a clear copy of a valid government-issued photo ID (Indonesian KTP or passport), proof of residential address dated within 90 days, and, where requested, evidence of ownership of the payment method used for deposits. voli4d reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time. Accounts pending KYC may have withdrawals suspended until verification is complete.
3.4 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. voli4d will not be liable for any unauthorized access resulting from your failure to secure your username or password. You must notify voli4d support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.
3.5 Account Closure by Player. You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Pending withdrawals will be processed in the normal course before closure is finalized. Accounts closed at the Player's request may be re-opened subject to a fresh KYC review.
4.1 Supported Deposit Methods. voli4d accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, Bank Permata, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja, Visa, and Mastercard. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts per transaction are displayed at the cashier and may vary by payment method.
4.2 Own-Name Payments Only. All deposits must originate from a payment account, bank account, or card registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits — where the sending account belongs to another individual — are strictly prohibited and will be returned, less any applicable bank processing fees. voli4d will not be responsible for funds lost in transit due to third-party payment attempts.
4.3 Deposit Processing Time. Deposits via local Indonesian banks (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri) and major e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay) are credited to your Account within minutes of confirmed bank transfer. During periods of high network traffic or bank maintenance windows, crediting may take up to 30 minutes. If your deposit is not reflected within 60 minutes, contact support with your proof of transfer.
4.4 Withdrawal Eligibility. Withdrawals are available exclusively to Players who have completed KYC verification and whose Account is in good standing. voli4d targets a withdrawal processing time of 2–10 minutes for verified accounts during standard banking hours (Monday–Friday, 08:00–17:00 WIB). Processing times may extend during Indonesian public holidays, Idul Fitri, and Lebaran periods when bank systems operate on reduced schedules.
4.5 Withdrawal Method Matching. Withdrawals will be sent only to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same name as the voli4d Account. voli4d does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, anonymous wallets, or payment methods not previously used for deposits on the Account.
4.6 Withdrawal Limits. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed in the cashier section and are subject to change at voli4d's discretion. Where a Player's withdrawal request exceeds single-transaction limits, voli4d may process the amount across multiple transfers at no additional charge to the Player.

5.1 General Bonus Policy. voli4d offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published on the relevant promotion page, in addition to these general Terms. In the event of a conflict, the promotion-specific terms take precedence for that particular offer.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated as "no wagering" on the promotion page, all bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be completed before any portion of the bonus or bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are calculated on the bonus amount, the deposit amount, or both, as specified per offer. Progress toward wagering completion is visible in the Player's Account dashboard.
5.3 Eligible Games. Not all games contribute equally to bonus wagering requirements. Live casino games, certain table games, and jackpot slots may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. Each promotion specifies eligible game categories and contribution rates.
5.4 Bonus Expiry. Unclaimed bonuses expire within the period stated on the promotion page (typically 7–30 days from issuance). Unmet wagering requirements that lapse past the expiry date will result in automatic cancellation of the bonus and any associated winnings without compensation.
5.5 Abuse and Fraud Prevention. Bonus abuse — including but not limited to bonus stripping, arbitrage betting, coordinated play across multiple accounts, or any strategy designed to exploit promotional offers — is strictly prohibited. voli4d reserves the right to void bonuses and winnings, suspend accounts, and recover funds in cases where abuse is detected. Determinations of bonus abuse are made at voli4d's sole discretion following internal review.
5.6 Right to Withdraw Promotions. voli4d reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Promotions coinciding with Indonesian cultural events such as Ramadhan, Idul Fitri, and Indonesian Independence Day (17 August) are limited-time and will expire as stated in the specific offer terms.
6.1 Accepted Wagers. voli4d accepts wagers on sports events (including BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, AFF Cup, and other markets), live casino games, RNG slots, crash games, and traditional Indonesian game formats including togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) and bandar bola (football agency-style wagering). All markets and game formats are subject to their own individual game rules, which are accessible within the relevant game or market interface.
6.2 Bet Acceptance. A wager is not confirmed until the Platform displays a bet confirmation reference number. In the event of system errors, connectivity failures, or incorrect odds displayed due to a technical fault, voli4d reserves the right to void the affected wager and refund the staked amount. Winnings derived from clearly erroneous odds will not be paid.
6.3 Settlement of Wagers. Sports bets are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the governing competition body (e.g., PSSI for BRI Liga 1, UEFA for Champions League, FIFA for World Cup qualifiers). In cases of disputes regarding the official result, settlement will be delayed until the relevant authority's final determination.
6.4 Maximum Winnings. voli4d applies maximum payout limits per event and per day, which vary by sport and market type. These limits are displayed within the sportsbook interface. Wagers that would generate winnings in excess of the applicable limit are accepted at voli4d's discretion and may be settled at the maximum payout cap.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the voli4d Platform. Violation of any item in this clause constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and referral to relevant authorities:
Financial Crime Warning: voli4d complies with international anti-money laundering (AML) standards. Suspicious transactions are reported to the relevant financial intelligence authorities. Players suspected of using voli4d for money laundering will have their accounts frozen and funds held pending investigation, with no obligation on voli4d's part to release funds during the investigation period.

However, no online platform can guarantee absolute security. You acknowledge this inherent risk and agree to take reasonable steps to protect your own account credentials.

11.1 No Warranty. The voli4d Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. voli4d makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, reliability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.
11.2 Service Interruptions. voli4d shall not be liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, technical failures, internet outages, or events beyond our reasonable control (including but not limited to natural disasters, regulatory interventions, bank system outages affecting BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, or other payment partners, or force majeure events).
11.3 Cap on Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, voli4d's total aggregate liability to any individual Player for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.4 Exclusion of Consequential Losses. voli4d shall not be liable for any indirect, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or reputational damage, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
11.5 Player Responsibility. You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk, that past outcomes do not predict future results, and that you participate entirely at your own risk. voli4d shall not be liable for any gambling losses incurred on the Platform.
12.1 voli4d reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email or an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect, except where immediate amendment is required by law, regulatory direction, or critical security concerns.
12.2 Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure before the effective date.
12.3 The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. We recommend reviewing this page periodically, particularly before depositing or claiming a new promotion.
13.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which voli4d holds its international gaming license. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including disputes regarding their formation, validity, interpretation, breach, or termination — shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that licensing jurisdiction.
13.2 Players based in Indonesia acknowledge that online gambling is subject to local regulatory considerations and that by using voli4d they are accessing an offshore international service. voli4d makes no representation that the Platform's operation is lawful under Indonesian domestic law, and each Player assumes full legal responsibility for their use of the Platform in their jurisdiction.
13.3 If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable in any jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
